These terms govern your use of Sift ("the app"), published by NYRAI LLC. By installing or using the app you agree to them.
Sift is licensed, not sold. A one-time purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on your own Macs.
Sift analyzes data already on your machine. You are responsible for your use of the app and for any data you choose to send via the optional, opt-in spec-check feature using your own API key.
The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Cost and waste figures are estimates derived from local transcript data and published model pricing, and may not match your billing exactly.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NYRAI LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
